Hallway/writing table made from salvaged red oak.  Somebody had discarded a very large, old built-in cabinet and I grabbed as much wood as I could.  Top features a contrasting inlay and beautiful edge profile.  Legs are tapered on all sides and all mortises to the aprons are pinned ensuring stable joints.  A very useful and beautiful piece.
